A working method, not a pitch deck.
Building a website for a service business is not a generic exercise. Every trade, every region, every owner has a particular shape. The work is in finding that shape and putting it on the page — then keeping it there as the business grows.
The four steps.
01
Discovery
We own
Asking the right questions, capturing what we hear, framing the work.
We ask
Honest answers and a couple of hours of your time.
02
Design
We own
All visual decisions and the first pass of copy.
We ask
Tight feedback rounds. We move fast when you do.
03
Build
We own
Code, deploys, performance, and accessibility.
We ask
A handful of source assets — logos, photos, basic content.
04
Operate
We own
Hosting, security patches, SEO posture, AI knowledge base.
We ask
Tell us when your business changes — we keep the site in sync.
Why we own the platform
Most agencies ship a site and walk away. The owner becomes the platform: WordPress plugins to update, SEO settings that drift, hosting bills that surprise. We took the opposite path — we built the platform ourselves and put every client site on it. When the platform gets better, every site gets better.
It means we can say yes to a client who asks for a feature six months after launch. The hard part — making the change available to every site — is something we already do every week.
